Cleveland has always tried to get the attention of the manufacturers in the past for the kind of location that the city has and mainly because of the resources available in the city. However, in the past few years, Cleveland has lost the attraction and after 2007 recession most of the manufacturers decided to move out of the city and grow their business elsewhere. However, things are changing now and many manufacturers claim that they will be looking back to enter the Cleveland market. Manufacturers believe that they can revive the economy of the city that has once remained one of the important cities for manufacturing sector.

Some of the officials in the city claim that Cleveland is trying its best to revive the economy. Although, it cannot compete some of the top cities like Austin and Phoenix in terms of manufacturing and job growth but Cleveland people are working on how they can bring more companies to the city. Cleveland city council officers believe that manufacturing segment will offer more employment to the locals and that will help them to improve the economy of the city. Experts in the city claim that the best thing about Cleveland is that the real estate prices are really low and that will attract more investors and manufacturers to the city in the future.
