        I had lived there for several years and these are the pros and cons about living here: Pros: Affordable apartments that are a decent size with a good size kitchen, nice and clean inside and friendly neighbors. You get your own assigned parking spot. Maintenance is friendly and quick to help with any issues. Cons: Since it's a small complex the parking lot has gotten really bad over the years. If you have only one car then you are in luck. If you have more than one car then I suggest looking elsewhere because the parking lot is always so crowded and a pain to get out of the complex. The visitor parking spots are always filled usually from people who live there so if anyone wants to visit they have to park outside of the complex. There also is a lot of noise that comes from Greenback as well.
