Fifth Third Bank & ATM

Never have I felt so disrespected by a bank. I just moved to the area and it was my first time in the bank. But keep in mind Ive been with this bank since when it was MB financial. I deposited a check in the area where I moved from. And it cleared for at least a week before I went to this branch that is closer to my new home. The teller I think his name is Carlo Asked me where did I get the check from. The check was cleared by the banks checking and balances system. But proceeded to question me where did I get the check from ! I guess maybe because I am black and Muslim I shouldnt have that type of money in my account! This was my first and last time visiting such a rude and disgusting bank !!!

Ive calles My local 53rd bank which is the brickyard and rather your inside or in the drive thru even when you call there is no efficiency always a line in and out ive wsited 10 mins and had to hang up and call the 53rd on Harlem and North Joseph answered the call immediately and handle my transaction in less then 3 mins great job and thank you to this location for always answering calls and being so efficient inside and out this will be my efficient bank to go to I love my 53rd bank i think there great and the brickyard branch needs to take notice of how there doing such a efficient Job....Thank you Joseph and all at the Harlem Branch.

I went to this 5/3 bank and the young man Don Douglas was rude, he was Discriminating. I went to withdrawal money out and I gave him my ID he said it dont look like me, then turn around and ask where did the money come from in my account. He asked was it a loan or what I told him no he then went to just go on and in about how my picture dont look like me and need to forms of ID. Then he was passing ID around asking the staff do this look like her. He turn to say he have to call the last person that deposit in my account for verification and when it was direct deposit into my account. I will be moving forward with this complaint and Discrimination. Then ask me do he want me to close my account when I didnt ask him to.
