        We wanted to share our experience in opening an account for our son with your bank. We approached Amanda Lopez to set up the account and inquired whether we could send and retrieve money for our son's account. Our CPA had advised us to set our son up for success and this was important to us. Unfortunately, we received misinformation from Amanda and as a result, our experience with Merrill Edge has been a complete nightmare. Despite contacting Merrill Edge eight times, we received conflicting information and Amanda provided us with inaccurate information. We believe that Amanda's credibility has been damaged as she flat out lied to us, and we feel compelled to share our experience so that others don't have a similar experience. While everyone else at the bank was great, unfortunately, this particular event has been terrible for us.
