Nick and his staff were excellent. I was able to set a meeting and choose from several vendors on my slab of granite to make sure we had the perfect match and stone that looked the way we wanted it to look. The template appointment was early and seamless and the installation was on time and extremely quick. The final step was doing my backsplash and it turned out fantastic. The work was all done on time and when they said they would do it and the quality is 5+ stars in my opinion. If you are looking at doing any type of granite work, I would recommend reaching out to Nick Buehler at Aphrodite to start the process. You won't find anyone any easier to work with and who will stand by their product and service any better than him.

My experience was great! This is the second time I used Aphrodite Granite and would recommend using them. Good pricing, they showed up when they said, and their installers were accommodating.

Great experience - Follow up was the best I have ever experienced. Dealt with Jo -- She was wonderful - answered all my questions and was very responsive. The work was done timely and everyone was very professional and competent. I will have my bathrooms done at some point and I will definitely use Aphrodite

Original install had a 12" scratch on the main island. After a few calls and emails I finally got someone to respond so I knew whether to finish the install and proceed with grouting the backslash, etc.. They sent a crew out a week later to buff out the scratch but the initial repair job didn't seal / set properly. It left a distinct cloudiness or haze to the finish where the repair was made. After after a few more attempts to reach someone I finally got a call back from Dennis saying everyone was gone for the holiday season. Nate called me a week later and we rescheduled. They failed to show and then claimed there was a miscommunication and that I had the wrong week, so we rescheduled again. They came out and buffed it for couple of hours today, but the repair job remains very noticeable. If I had to do it over again I would not choose Aphrodite. Note that the Operations team has responded to this post previously by asserting that I, the customer, am lying about my experience.
And why would have any reason to lie about my experience? I'm not asking for a refund and Aphrodite has already proven they're inability to repair my countertops. I simply wish to warn others about the risk they're taking with this company. I work hard for my money and have little savings to make improvements.. If anything should go wrong with your installation, that's when the lies, the finger pointing, and the poor communication begins. Keep a record of every call and conversation if you do buy from Aphrodite.
