While I can not speak to the quality of service Champion Realty provides to their customers looking to buy or sell property, I can comment about the quality of property management service they provide. Rodney McNab was my agent. Over the one year period we hired him he never visiting our home to inspect it, as was promised in our contract. He spent beyond the pre authorized amount on non-emergent repairs without consulting with me first. And the worst problem, he would never call me back to talk about concerns I had. Occasionally he would send an email but usually avoid directly answering my questions. My tenants even told me they didn't trust him. Do your own research, but I would never recommend Champion Realty for property management.

Champion Realty was able to sell the house in less than four months. I highly recommend this company to help on selling a home and on helping those that have house issues due to the decline of the housing market. They provide the clear information about the process of short sales wilmington nc.
