This guy refused to answer my repeated phone calls after I paid him to complete my taxes. I guess I should have NOT paid him before they were finished. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that is expecting professional service.

I upgraded my rating back to a five! I received a call from Capital Tax Services today. They had been unavoidably closed temporarily because of an extenuating circumstance. Through all the years I have always received excellent service from Rich and Mark, and now can I look forward to many more!

I have had Capital Tax Service do my taxes for 35 years. Last week I called Mark to confirm my appointment date and left the message on his answering service.!Two days later, I left my message again. I did not receive a return phone call, so I left another message, Not receiving a return call, I drove to the office today. The door was locked, the lights are out, and all the window coverings were closed.
