If you need assistance with lending this is the place. I had three lenders prior assisting me and they were the worst. Primelending stepped in three weeks prior to me closing and made it happen. Kindness, professionalism and compassion towards their clients! I felt like family from the first phone call with Rick and knew this was the place I wanted to handle my forever home. Jeannie the coordinator was stellar and helped ensure I felt at peace during the whole transaction. In the over 7 homes I purchased though my military travels this, by far, has been the most relaxed I have felt and didn't have any worries going into closing. I could write a book about these 2 and still wouldn't be able to capture how wonderful they are. They also ensured I received the best rates and remained flexible when I had to switch from a VA to conventional loan mid transaction. There were no road bumps and things went off with no issues.
