Chase Bank

Chase has helpful, curtious employees! The only problem I have with chase, is location. If you live close enough, sure. Its a great bank. Theres only the one bank thats on the other end of town, tword stollings and that can be out of the way depending on where you live.

So apparently no matter how long you stand in line all the others customers are more important than you if all you are needing is change. Even the branch manager told an employee that right in front of me. Dont get him until we are completely cleared out. WHAT?!?! So if I was thinking of opening a person account with them I am no longer think about it. If I dont have to come here for work, as this is where they bank, I wouldnt come back.

I am a long-time customer of Chase and have always considered them to be friendly and helpful, so I send a friend to the bank for assistance with her opening a savings acct., with them and they refused any help. She was told they no longer provided that service and she would have to do it using internet services and they went as far to accuse her of fraud! I could not believe my ears! My friend had called me from Chase, so I listened to a very unprofessional bank representative degrade my friend!!!
