Hired to be a Maintenance Technician. The Property Manager is inexperienced and constantly makes "stupid decisions" that negatively impact those actually working. Her decision making ability is far from proficient, but you will never get a chance to share your wisdom or experience. Working for this Property Manager has been miserable to say the least. Concerning the actual job, You will be required to perform as a security guard, evicting homeless and drug addicts from the properties. Dangerous situations daily with no support or training. They will tell you there is a security companybut they only work at night. Definitely a miserable work situation for any technician. I was physically attacked 4 times; sent to the hospital one of those attacks. I was verbally attacked daily, performing the required security duties. I was told there was a security company to call, but when I call them they told me "they don't have contract for daytime security with C.E John". Any change or improvements for the security of the employeesNONE! Definitely the worst, most neglectful Property Manager that I have ever worked under.
