        All I can say is...BOOM BABY! Now seriously, customer service by Kat, is just awesome. Handling everyone calling and emailing she will answer when possible but she will answer (please get her some help). She answered every single question in a satisfactory way as a fellow rider. Once my bike was to be built, it was just done, processed and shipped over. I purchased an extra derailleur hanger and badge which they put inside with the bike. Just had my first ride and let me just say, everything reviews and owners say it's true about climbing efficiency, feel, downhill etc. It was love at first ride!
