    I wanted to write a review to say how helpful and responsive Kari Hart has been. I am the treasurer of a small nonprofit, and Nicholson & Associates is our insurance agent. I have been so happy with how quick and friendly and helpful Kari has been as I've been making some changes to our insurance. I thought it was important to let others know that even if you aren't a big fancy business with lots of money, that you can be treated like a VIP, which to me is a sign of a good company to do business with.

    Had a audit with my insurance no help form Nicholson. Called several times had to figure it out myself. Horrible customer service. Not going back next year.

    Worst company ever ! I'm having all kinds of problems with them I had to turn them in because they hung up on me and refuse to answer the phone after I was issued a refund from my bond company and they are attempting to keep the money .... do not go through this company ....I was in no way rude to the representative. She had not done what I asked her to do , and still haven't. I had to have the insurance commissioner. Call them because they would not answer the phone . DONT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY !

    I've never had an insurance agent be so helpful, and so caring before! I've been with allstate, farmers, progressive, and now with Safeco. Hands down the best in clark county! Cherie Walker was so helpful trying to help me figure out information about my old policy and I wasn't even a client at the time! Thanks to her, I was also able to add way MORE protection to my vehicle at the same cost I was paying with my old insurance company. Thank you for everything you've helped me with along the way, and for the gift card! -Kylee Davis

    I really hate leaving bad reviews, but I had such a bad experience that I felt the need to warn others before contacting this insurance agency. I had the displeasure of working with and agent, Juanita Wessler, who provided me a quote for auto insurance. When she emailed me she stated I had multiple at fault accidents on my driving record, which was inaccurate. At first I thought maybe someone was fraudulently using my information, so naturally I asked questions to figure out where the information was coming from. Juanita became immediately agitated and was very unhelpful in helping me get to the bottom of it. She gave me some information on who to contact, but it was inaccurate. I then had to spend hours of research to only find out that Miss Wessler did not have the correct information on her end, and it was her error. She did not offer an apology and it was only after talking to her manager that I was able to resolve these issues, but even still the situation left me so stressed that I decided to go with another agency. I really hope per my request that there is some internal de-escalation training so that this will not happen again.
