Dr. Cheryl Lee is a wonderful dentist, however, her billing department is awful. They quote you one price after the visit is complete and expect you to pay it before you leave. Then, once you receive your insurance EOB you realize you have been overcharged, and the refund takes forever to receive! I have gone to them for at least eight years and have officially decided to leave them because they cannot get their billing under control. The first billing issue I encountered was several years back and when I requested the refund back to my debit card, they accidently pulled more money from account. Since that incident, I have requested they bill my insurance prior to me paying as I don't want to expect another refund 3+ months later. This last visit they told me that I needed to pay at least 50% after the service was rendered, which I declined to do. They quoted me $248 for the visit and come to find out, I only owed $71 after insurance paid. Again, I would have had to be refunded. Their billing department is incompetent and I highly recommend you think twice about going here for dental services.
