Scheduled a second appointment for our Atlas with less than 5K miles. Scheduled a week ahead of time and indicated a rental would be needed. As allowed on their website. As their website allowed for this to be added/requested. Arrived at 7am to drop off car. After speaking/informing of continued and new issues for roughly 10 minutes, I was THEN informed they had no more rentals and I had to wait until 7:30am for enterprise to open for them to get me a car. So, I follow their steps and requirements, and I am sitting around waiting as if I was a walk in. VW Vancouver, service and finance department, have once again shown how unprofessional they are and will continue to be. I would never recommend this dealership, finance department, or service department. You will spend more time waiting around for your scheduled appointment, than you will going to a mom and pop shop. Imagine if the roles were switched. It's sad how much people lack self respect and work ethic. It is now 7:45am and I am still without any form of rental. UPDATING EVEN THOUGH VW WILL FALSEY REPORT IT - Purchased car in May 2023. By October 2023 needed new wipers, which were "free" under warranty. After another failed component was replaced, making this the second, it was noted on the paperwork wiper blades needed to be replaced. So, within less than 2 months and a vehicle with not even 12k miles on it, is now being notes as needing new wiper blades aka being the 3rd new set. However, they won't tell you before hand they cost money and it isn't a free replacement. So, save yourself the trouble and never go through VW service. Unless you want to pay double for something that works worse than something from the dollar tree. To the alleged owner replying to my recent comment: NO. Refunding our money for something that shouldn't have been charged in the first place, isn't "fixing" the situation. NO. The conversation with the service manager didn't go good. I had to remove myself from the conversation due to being told "reviews are reported when they are a lie". In fact, I have now been called a liar by TWO different people in management positions. The first is no longer working there, which I am not surprised about. That gentleman's first name was as, Artem. My review was reported by VW, so it can no longer be seen. Despite having text conversation proving what I posted. So, should the actual owner see this and want to learn what is actually happening at his business, my husband and I are MORE than happy to show text message proof as to how my reviews are valid. Our information I know is available through VW as that was how the first manager contacted me after my truthful review.

Our first trip to service was great - basic suspension repair. I thought "great, just moved here, this is my shop". 2nd trip turned into a saga. Car wouldn't start, I assumed a button or module replacement. They replaced a relay - told it's ready to go. Get there to pick it up and it won't start. A week later they finally call me said they replaced the button and it's good to go. Get it home and 3 days later, won't start. Exact same issue. Another $1000 and get it back - with my doors not locking... The FOB doesn't work and they gave it back like that... I'm told they can look at it.... I'm assuming another $1000 for a problem they caused. Service: Electrical repair
