Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Staff was friendly, attractions were fun, when you actually get to the front of the line. Unfortunately you have to spend more time waiting in line than actually enjoying this place. Spent over two hours there and only got to use the zip line and go carts once.

The kids that run this place do a great job. I come here to do my homework and let the kids play. Dinner is included with our membership (pizza and popcorn, yes I know not the healthiest but oh well) theres WiFi. Places to plug in things like chargers. Each attraction has someone running it and making sure people stay safe. So happy this place opened. I really like that they hire younger kids starting out in the work force. Perfect first job for a high schooler or recent graduate. All the attractions the parents can participate in with the kids so youre not just standing there watching the kid play the whole time. I can go on and on. Bottom line. I love this place and look forward to coming every time.

This place is a joke. The air inside is so stuffy and foul, I literally started getting nauseous and dizzy after being in there. The air ventilation system is very poor. Majority of the staff are teenagers that are very inexperienced and incompetent, the five and under area only meant for small kids had teenagers rough housing everywhere, and there was no staff or security to correct that. My 2-year-old almost got trampled and I would have completely lost my mind had that happened. Thank God I was at his tail and didn't even let him be 2 ft away from me ,so I could protect him.if you sign up for a membership, and if you end up wanting to withdraw it they don't let you, so you're forced to either cancel your card or pay $100 a month for a year. The staff were very rude, the place isn't organized and there is no structure and no staff that will make kids that are unsupervised to behave themselves. If I were a CEO I would not tolerate children and teens to act inconsiderately and recklessly especially around small children that could get hurt. How has this place not been shut down already? That's what really shocks me
