So quick, super caring, polite and attentive staff. So happy I chose CHI Franciscan for my pregnancy, even though it didn't stick, I felt very cared for.

Look no farther than Google reviews for the bad reviews on this place. I saw them before I made my appt, but I didn't heed their warnings. I thought- "how bad could it be"? Well, shame on me. I booked a "women's wellness" appointment that is covered by my insurance, and also said I would like to talk to the Dr. about hormones. WELL- they did not give me the exam, which needs to include a pap (which I needed, but they didn't do) to be covered, and she only talked to me about hormones. I did not know they were not giving me the exam I booked and asked for. Long story short I get a $267.00 insurance bill for a specialty service. I called my insurance company- and said- "how in the world do you expect in a woman's wellness exam that a patient wouldn't talk about hormones"?! They agreed, but told me that CHI Women's clinic had billed it as an intake (like a pregnant woman- which I am not as I am in peri-menopause) and not a women's wellness. So- they never gave me the appointment I booked and expected, and when I have tried to work it out they have ignored me. They came back and said that I got a pap months later by my General, who is also at CHI, so they were right for not giving me the exam I told them "yes- because you didn't give me one in my women's wellness appt and still needed one". There's only one nurse who is responding to my emails/calls, but she can't do anything about it. It has been over a year and nothing. This place is a sham- stay away!

Amazing clinic for primary care, Obgyn care and urgent care.  Always respectful friendly and happy service.  So happy we found them.

Ive never had a bad experience here. From the receptionists, to the nurses, to the practitioners... everyone that has helped me has been kind, genuine, and caring. Im bummed I moved out of town and will need to find a new womens health clinic!
