Ive never been as pleased with an agent as I am with John Hama. He was easy to work with and has loads of experience and contacts (example: he called colleagues to check on developers who bid high on our house, and learned that they have a reputation for jerking sellers around, so we didnt go with them). John was a wonderful communicator and everything he said he would do, he did. In the end he got us much more for the property than wed expected. Highly recommended!

John helped us sell our home after it had been unsuccessfully listed with other agents for more than a year. Not only did he give us excellent advice on staging and affordable upgrades, he personally helped with maintenance and other chores. We have never before had such excellent service!
