Working with Corey (and Dawn!) was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We live out of state and got randomly connected with Corey on a real estate website. Wow, did we luck out! Corey and Dawn made themselves totally available to us whenever we were in town and responded promptly to all our questions and texts! They are ready with lots references to other services, unique ideas about the property, and knowledge about the neighborhood... all which comes from years of living there. Dawn & Corey helped us sell our house in Magnolia. They listen very well, have innovative ideas & are extremely professional & experienced. Working with Corey and Dawn was a dream. We literally handed them the keys and they took care of coordinating everything such as repairs, yardwork, plumbers, heating, sewer, cleaning, staging and everything else needed to get the house ready for sale. They optimized the sale price and sold the house within one week. It was a true pleasure and we recommend Corey and Dawn at the highest level. If we sell or buy another house, they will be our first call. The entire experience was superb.
