This is the absolute worst nail experience Ive had in this city maybe ever. I mean the person could even file my Nails in a straight line the polish was incredible and OBVIOUSLY unevenly painted it looks like trash. My cuticles looked like a three year old did them. The place isjust not quality at all. I spoke up early about how it looked like trash even before she started adding polish bc the filing was awful. It took 4 different people to inspect and the person had to switch with another nail tech. After all that including a complete restart to remove the polish, it still looked so incredibly mid. I just dont understand how these people can be okay with these services.

Update: They try so hard to reach for a reason. I did have an appointment and I was there in person. I simply dont advertise my google account to everyone I meet. Review: I wouldnt recommend. Got nails done and the person did the bare minimum, lacked customer care, and i felt unwelcome.

Ive been to their Ballard location a couple times but recently went to their new Fremont location and wow! Not only was it super cute in there but I remembered how nice everyone was. I met Evelyn who did my nails and she was amazing. Pricing is fair especially for the quality & experience youre getting! Highly recommend to anyone!
