Carmen was always on top of things and in her pleasant way made sure that we were also on top of things. I always felt we were in good hands and it made for a very smooth and quick process.

There is no better way to explain working with Carmen than saying you feel like you had a partner through the process. She did an amazing job explaining and following up and through with any questions, issues or concerns we had! If it wasn't for her our process would have been a lot more stressful! I'm very glad we had the opportunity to work with her and hope to again in the future!

I didn't think that someone with the job title "loan officer" would be someone who, in their professional role, could be described as compassionate, empathetic, supportive, or a downright advocate. But from the very start of working together, Carmen really went to bat for us. She has extraordinary skill at navigating the complexities of the credit system and the mortgage approval process, and she led us through it all step by step. You would have to go out of your way to fall through the cracks with Carmen. She is deeply committed to her clients' success. I hope we don't buy another house again for a long time, but if we do, we're coming back to Carmen!
