As I first time home buyer, I had no idea how much of a difference a knowledgeable lending team could make, but boy did I learn! I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Stryder and Maureen @ CrossCountry Mortgage. We had an especially difficult closing process that was drawn out six months (!!) due to circumstances out of our control, which led to some complications with our financing. Stryder and Maureen were extremely responsive, diligent, and easy to work with during this process and provided some really thoughtful guidance to keep our monthly payments as low as possible. If I'm ever on the house search again, I will 100% go back to the folks at CrossCountry Mortgage and strongly encourage anyone else looking for a lender to reach out to them!

Considering we were first time home buyers, going through all the steps of getting a mortgage and closing our house was nerve racking. Having Kyle and his team with us throughout the process was great, with his clear and prompt communication, we never had open questions. While going through the closing process, I was constantly worried about missing some steps, but Kyle was checking on us and giving us status updates gave me confidence and everything went smoothly. On our request, he worked hard to help us close a few days earlier which helped us with moving out of our apartment a month sooner than we expected.
