Seattle's Mortgage Broker - Joe Tafolla

Securing our first mortgage here in Greenlake was so difficult at the start but out of all the brokers we spoke to, Joe was the only one who was able to help. I'm an international foreign student and a first time home buyer, which made it tricky to get approved. We reached out to at least 5-7 lenders and none of them could get back to us with a solution until we found Joe . From the start, Joe was super responsive and had the experience to figure out how to clear the obstacles we faced. The preparation he put in before approaching the lenders made all the difference. We were so impressed with how smooth he made everything. Thanks to Joe we secured a 30-year fixed FHA loan in no time at all. Joe is simply the best mortgage broker and made everything so amazing for us. We can't thank Joe Tafolla enough! We initially wasted several days talking to other lenders who couldn't help us and were left feeling very anxious about closing on our home in time. As first-time buyers and not being US citizens, coupled with our unconventional earnings situation, we found ourselves in a particularly challenging predicament. Honestly, Joe's service couldn't be better he truly lives up to his reviews. It was enlightening to see how he handled the process for us where others couldn't. Joe was always one step ahead, anticipating potential questions and preventing hiccups along the way. He knew exactly what was possible and moved incredibly fast on every aspect, from outlining next steps, identifying the items we needed to boost our approval chances and to advising on how to cut down on superfluous paperwork that other lenders had needlessly asked us to compile. I don't know what we would have done without Joe, especially because some of the other lenders either said it wasn't possible or took so much more time to figure it out. Super happy with my experience acquiring a mortgage loan with Joe. Joe came recommended to me by my realtor as a trusted mortgage broker in the Seattle area. Having purchased a property before, I knew what we wanted in our next lender; competitive interest rates and someone that was accessible and supportive through out the purchase. Joe delivered on both fronts for us, beating out the other lenders on price and accessibility. Throughout the process, Joe was extremely flexible when it came to scheduling calls that fit with my busy work schedule. He even pulled over while driving to take an unscheduled call from me when I faced some challenges with a wire limits. Day or night, Joe was available by text or phone call to answer our questions. We closed in a very short 2.5 weeks, beating my expectations on how quickly we could complete the process, and that was thanks to Joe's attention, advice and support. I've known Joe for several years now, and he's been my go-to mortgage broker ever since. He's helped me with my own personal refinance, and he's also my family members with their home loan needs as well. In fact, one of my sons just closed on a 30 year fixed mortgage for a home in Stanwood which is his second deal with Joe. As a real estate agent, I've referred several of my clients to Joe over the years, and he's never let me down because he gets the job done! If it can't be done, he'll tell you straight up. Honestly, there was only one time he couldn't qualify someone, and even then, he took the time to tell them exactly what they needed to do, even though there was nothing in it for him. Joe is honest, hardworking, and has such a deep knowledge of how home ownership works in Seattle. He's a real go-getter and can close deals quickly if that's what's needed. I trust him implicitly. One thing I really appreciate about Joe is his speed. I haven't had a deal with him go over 30 days. He always gets things approved in time for closing. And he works hard to secure the best rates possible for his clients. Joe Tafolla is the man when it comes to mortgage approvals! We had a great experience when we used him before, so it just made sense to use him again when we were ready to secure another home purchase in Stanwood. Joe's really easy to work withhe's super personable and great to chat with. But he also provides a strategic perspective for financial success with mortgages. We like that he moves quickly too! Our friends are so shocked at how quickly Joe got the home loan approved for us. We're technically closing this week, so he was crazy efficient at getting it all done. Overall, Joe's great at what he does. He simplifies everything and walks you through options and gives plenty of space for questions. We've already recommended him to all our friends in the greater Seattle area as the prefered mortgage broker.
