Doctor Fariha Farid is a excellent professional! She performed last summer (2021) a Radiofrequency turbinate reduction in both sides of my nose with mastery and perfection! I had zero issues after and my life changed so much. I can breathe better, sleep better, and have no more allergies crises or sinus infections. I’m really grateful to had her doing this procedure on me!

Very bad customer experience, called to make an appointment and the receptionist lady was very inpatient and hung up on me. I was beyond shocked…

12/07/21 @ 2:45 pm I just called to schedule an appointment with Family Medicine for both my husband and I for what could just be a cold / flu. Our Primary Care Provider doesn't have availibility until end of December. I asked if we could just see another doctor sooner. I spoke with Dan and after he took down our info he told me he would have to "do some research" and give us a call back? I offered to wait on hold but he inisisted on calling me back. Scheduling a basic appointment should not be this difficult nor should it require research or a call back. This is ridiculous.

Exhausting and time consuming. I wanted to schedule a checkup for some minor issues and to establish primary care. My first appointment was cancelled because of snow. Understandable. I rescheduled it for about two weeks later. That appointment was cancelled because the primary care physician they assigned me to (I was willing to accept anyone) was expected to go into labor. Okay, cool - it doesn’t make sense why they’d assign me to someone who was known to be becoming unavailable soon, but people make mistakes. So I rescheduled another for about two weeks later. A month behind the originally planned date. Finally, after seeing the doctor, he prescribes me something for my issue. We were supposed to have a follow up, but there was no guidance post-appointment or initiative taken by the admin to have one scheduled. Also, I come to find out that the prescription was sent to a pharmacy in Oklahoma. I ended up calling the Polyclinic to have it sent to the right one, and I got the vibe that (despite being extremely polite) the admin answering the call was annoyed with my request to have it sent to the right pharmacy based on the way she rapidly hung up the phone. The medication still isn’t at my pharmacy and I don’t have a follow up scheduled. It’s about 2 months past when I was originally trying to have my issue looked at, but I’m tired of having to go through 20 minute phone calls just to get one thing done, so I’m not coming back. I don’t know how places like these are allowed to operate.

I have been trying to call and talk to the endocrinology office for 3 months. They do not answer their phones. Instead I left many messages. They do not return phone calls. Finally one of the operators was able to get me to the back line after Jasmine apparently called me a liar. I did get a call to schedule and appointment. I confirmed it would be virtual many times. I was told I would get instructions. I never did they also set it up for In person. They said it was my fault for not being on the virtual call on time. Well you don’t get the link needed to get on the call if they set it up as in person. Again I tried to call them, waited on hold for 20 mins now pst my appointment. I get a receptionist to push me through to the back line where a second jasmine also as rude as can be who told me she didn’t care it was my fault I wasn’t on time. Are you kidding me, I’m out of several of my medications and they are unwilling to help. This is disgusting behavior. Do not go here you will not be able to get help if you need it.
