This clinic is not the same after Dr. Sarah Oman left. I was never assigned a doctor. Today was my third visit for the same issue (I had scheduled appointment based on Triage nurse's recommendation to get another set of eyes). I was running late because of traffic, so gave a courtesy call and the lady was rude. I reached in 10 minutes and they turned me away. I requested and explained I have to pay for Uber every time I come here and traffic is out of my control Extremely poor experience for a patient. They turned me away. After 7 years of coming here, I am done with this clinic even though it would delay my overall treatment in setting up appointment with a new gynecologist.

UPDATE #2 - just updating this review to note that NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME- and guess what? The Polyclinic does not vaccinate their patients anymore - they referred me to my pharmacy - so if I have a heart attack- I should just go to Bartells The level of health care provided by the Polyclinic has declined rapidly since Optum took over - Ive had to change primary care physicians 4 times in the last 2 years - Ive tried contacting them , but they no longer respond to me - all their seasoned doctors have left- the new doctors are frankly - not good - if they even think about you- they bill your insurance - they used to have vaccination clinics where you could schedule covid and flu shots - but no more - I needed to renew my handicap placard and they made us schedule an appt so they could collect a copay - weve had a placard for over 5 years - they used to just give us a new prescription - but no more - they have also made just getting prescriptions refilled almost impossible and they have left me without much needed medication for long periods of time- just so they could schedule an appointment and collect a co pay to before they refill prescriptions - I have had the same prescriptions for over a decade and suddenly they need to schedule an appointment to refill a prescription I have been taking for years just for a copay When I complained to them , rather than address my concerns - they suddenly discovered money that I supposedly owe them and now thats all they want to discuss - my concern that they cant seem to retain physicians was ignored -I had not heard about any balance due until I started complaining about their substandard health care. Anyone who actually cares is long gone and as a bonus - they treat us like we are all drug addicts scrounging pain medication just for taking the medication they prescribed following the dosages they provided - No one has ever addressed my concerns - the last time I changed primary care - I had to audition for the new doctor before he would commit to taking over my care - I had the appointment then the very next week was advised that this doctor (my 4th) was also leaving I dont think anyone knows or cares what they are doing UPDATE- I just saw this reply - Ive emailed you so many times and up to now have not gotten any response - at all - read their yelp reviews - none are positive UPDATE #2 - just updating this review to note that NO ONE HAS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME- and guess what? This used to be my favorite place to go for excellent medical care! Im very concerned that my doctor left and my daughters doctor is leaving! What is going on? This is horrible! The billing department is off beat as well because of the changes! With these doctors leaving and the one that I got to replace mine is the worst! Horrible bedside manner! I almost walked out on my first visit with her! Im definitely looking for somewhere else to go for my familys healthcare! So so sad what has become of the Polyclinic!!!
