        Nice, bright office with friendly and helpful staff. Dr Janssen was great, took care to thoroughly understand my health history. Glad to find a home base for primary care in Ballard.

        Dr. Richter was not very knowledgeable and repetitive during the appointment. I just wanted a regular annual checkup and he only talked about RA even though he wasnt concerned about it for me. At the end, he went 5 min over the appointment length because he was repetitive and had to Google something and so Im stuck with a $380 bill and I didnt even get a physical. Virginia Mason consistently checks more for my toddlers wellness checks in literally less than 1 min. Its a stark difference in knowledge, efficiency, and intent.

        Very quiet building next to Ballard Hospital. I have only my Cardiologist in the Swedish system. I visit him here instead of the busy Cherry Hill location. Easy to park. Few people. UW is home to my remaining doctors.
