        Ive been using Simple Joys for three years, and they have been consistently outstanding. Easy to schedule, show up when they should, professionally clean the windows in detail, even wiped down the screens which I didnt know was going to happen! They make it easy and do it right the first time. Highly recommended.

        I heard about Simple Joys through My Edmonds Neighbors Facebook page for cleaning our dryer vent hose. Their Office Coordinator Isabel was super responsive, helpful and friendly. I appreciate their effort to promptly communicate with a written estimate and text/email and phone call reminders. A very hardworking tech named Israel arrived the next day within a resonable time frame. It's very refreshing to experience such wonderful customer service!
