Literally the worst dental receptionist Ive ever encountered. Some people are just in the wrong line of work but make it impossible to get an appointment scheduled?. This person forgot to schedule an appointment and gaslit me about it even though i have her voice confirming the appointment recorded. I will gladly find a new dentist before dealing with that ever again.

I hate going to the dentist, and yet I can't say enough positive things about Dr Tran and the staff at Aesthetic Dental. I originally went there for an emergency extraction, and I've ending up willingly going back for the rest of my teeth needs. Dr Tran has made it super easy to create a treatment plan that works with my time and finances, and I would highly recommend them for all your teeth care.

I searched for a dentist that can do a particular type of filling (glass ionomer) that I as a retired dentist knew I needed. I made an appointment thinking I would be seeing Dr. Johnson, as he is the only dentist mentioned on their website and I was not informed by the receptionist. I arrived to a surprise to see I was going to be treated by a new graduate. I am fine with giving someone a chance, especially if they are represented by an experienced dentist who has enough confidence in the person to have them in his office. Mistake! The arrogance of the young woman lead to mistakes in treatment. I had protested two different actions, but was ignored. I will not return, even though the work was not completed. ISO of better choice!

It was an amazing and fun time with Aesthetic Dental Associates! The staff were very welcoming and helpful from the moment of check-in to the beautiful finish of cleaning my teeth. Definitely recommend anyone who needs to find a new dentist or is simply on a tight schedule because they will do their best to get you in!
