I own a maintenance and remodel company in the PNW and I have used DDN Interior now for a few projects and they have been nothing but extremely helping and very on top of there game. They are very responsive and have extremely quick turnaround time compared to many of the other companies we have used in the past. One thing I love is that they are in communication with me the entire time and follow up after each project. I will definitely be using them for all my future cabinetry and countertop needs. Their drivers don't know how to drive and almost caused a pileup on a main road. I got given thumbs up by the dorky birdchested scrawny lil mexican kid in glasses after he pulled out into traffic because he was impatient.

This is the most unprofessional, rude and manipulative company I have ever dealt with. They did a complete hack job on my brand new kitchen I had installed by them. They messed up every chance they got and would not take responsibility for any of it. I feel like the people who installed my cabinets were not trained and handled everything very carelessly. They made mistakes on cabinet measurements and then made me pay full price for the cabinets that were the wrong size and pay full price for the new ones.There is scratches, Dents and jagged cuts everywhere. The slow close mechanism doesn't work on some cabinets. They cut the whole back of my sink cabinet out leaving exposed drywall, saying that's industry standard. They installed the wrong size backsplash (7 inch backsplash) on my kitchen after I clarified with them (a 4inch backsplash) before install that it would be the correct size. They had to rip the 7inch backsplash off my wall leaving torn drywall and paint exposed. This install has set back my renovation over a month. The guy who is in charge of the cabinets has horrible customer service he blames me for all the mistakes they made even though I have messages and photos to prove it was not my wrong doing. I feel as though I was being bullied into paying them. I asked to speak to management multiple times and would get no response. They are charging me $1500 more than they initially quoted me. As a young woman, and a young home owner I feel totally taken advantage of and heartbroken that I had to spend almost $12,000 on a kitchen that I am not happy with. Please beware of this company.
