Are you a dirty girl? Is this because you, like me, never considered your vacuum has needs? This daughter- and father-owned vacuum repair shop will get your vacuum to suck again or tell you it can't be fixed. Honestly, mine took awhile to get fixed - they were super busy - but again, I can wait to vacuum. And then, when I did vacuum, wow! It sucked again. Things actually got clean. These folks know what they're doing.

Wonderful service. Please be patient. One woman , whose father and grandfather ran the shop, is now running the business completely on her own: repairing the vacuums, ringing up purchases and kindly and patiently talking to customers. Shes like a saint. So l did go by a few times to see how things were progressing. It was worth it. Very fair pricing. I love this old Seattle shop.

Let me just say I hate shopping for Vacuums. This industry is made up of mostly **** products from the big box stores But then, you come into the world of true Vacuum stores Well, they dont come cheap, but most importantly was the quality of customer service from the stellar woman running this store. Its a little crowded with repair returns, but if you get past that, she is VERY knowledgeable about her Mieles. 5 year warranty as well. Thank you for your quality customer service!
