Nicole and her team have been fabulous in my 9 months at the complex. The maintenance team is super fast with work orders and they always have doggie treats in the office for my pup. If I wasn't being transferred for work I would be renewing. My top floor apartment with a view of downtown is going to be hard to give up.

If I could rate it negative stars I would. Ever since the new management took over about a year ago the apartment complex has taken an absolute turn for the worst. Rather than addressing the actual issues in the building they decide to give us hot chocolate and pancake bars. There are constantly issues with security, break-ins, leaks that we have to notify management about, cameras that "don't work", loitering, and extremely rude staff. I cannot wait to get out of here. And by the way, I had to report one of the reviews listed on here by Michael Wong as a conflict of interest, as he is an employee and is one of the individuals that is conning people into leases/apartments that don't exist.

I thought I had found my dream apartment, but Sam Peerce (Leasing "Professional") decided to ignore the chain of 3 emails I followed up with when my interest in this apartment got confirmed. He also said he would send pictures over the weekend. This never happened. Any of my emails that followed and indicated that I would like to come visit were simply ignored. It was clear that the emails were not missed by accident. Any change that happened was never communicated back to me. It is a shame that GreyStar allows to have such Unprofessional leasing agents who stain the name and reputation of the property management company. As a result, willing customers and proper tenants will not want to look at this or other properties managed by this company in the future and waste their time in email communications.

Where do I even begin? This apartment complex is a complete disaster from top to bottom. Let's start with the management - they are beyond incompetent. They not only fail to address the numerous security concerns plaguing the property but also resort to deceitful tactics when attracting new tenants. Firstly, let's talk about the security situation. It's appalling. Multiple break-ins have occurred, and the management's response? Nothing but empty promises and excuses. They turn a blind eye to the safety of their residents, leaving us feeling vulnerable and afraid in our own homes. It's not just about property damage; it's about our peace of mind being shattered every time we hear a noise outside our door. And then there's the issue of honesty. Future tenants, beware! The management team here will say anything to get you to sign that lease. They paint a rosy picture of the complex, conveniently omitting the glaring security flaws and ongoing problems. It's deceitful and unethical. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for housing. Trust me, the headache of dealing with this place is not worth it. From the abysmal management to the constant fear of break-ins, this apartment complex is a nightmare waiting to happen. Do yourself a favor and steer clear."
