Tried to send an arrangement scheduled for the 23rd of December for a Christmas gift, but the website didn't sufficiently inform me that the recipient needed to be home for delivery, as it was too cold to leave it out. If I had been aware of this, I would have tried to make sure the recipient's phone number was provided so that they could have coordinated and actually received the arrangement when it originally went out for delivery. So my family didn't receive it before the holiday, not until a couple days after, and I was disappointed.

Tiffany designed a beautiful heart shaped wreath for my dad's funeral. I am on the east coast and unable to travel due to a medical condition. He loved the ocean and she had the idea to add sea shells to the wreath. It was brilliant. Thank you so much for creating something beautiful

I stumbled across this little shop just by driving by it a few times. I finally stopped in a few years ago and liked all of the options they had available from the flowers to the card and candles etc. I placed an order for a valentines bouquet that I liked about a week in advance, picked them up on valentines and they were absolutely beautiful. After a few days the flowers started to wilt and die. I contacted lucky flowers and made them aware of what had happened. Without hesitation they offered to create another bouquet AND deliver it! Great customer service on their part. The recipient of the flowers loved both arrangements
