I showed up on Friday afternoon with a part that I needed to swap out, shopping around for prices. They immediately provided the service I needed (which I wasn't expecting to receive for at least a week or so) and at a fraction of the cost of the dealership and another shop I had been to! I can't possibly rave enough about these guys and look forward to recommending them to everyone I know.

A rodent had chewed through my antenna wire making the radio unusable. I called another shop closer to my house and they couldnt get me in for 3 days and said there would be a $75 diagnostic fee and then they would see what they could do. I called Dynamic and they said I could stop by anytime for them to take a look at it and could possibly fix it while I waited. I stopped by and showed them the severed wire and they took it back right away and had it fixed in less time than it took me to drive there. If I need any other audio issues resolved I will definitely go back to Dynamic! Thank you for your great customer service!!
