The Pace of Richmond is great! Everyone is super attentive and responsive which makes the home buyer process way less stressful. They work as a team and even if your question or whatever might not be the person you reached out to responsibility they will still answer the question with no hesitation. We used Lizzy Pass as our real estate and intro into The Pace, and shes incredible. Her bubbly, fun personality makes chatting with her enjoyable and she really takes her time to get to know her clients and will reach out for any potential insights that might be up your alley. If it werent for her, we wouldnt have our first home Thanks Lizzy & team!

I was recommended by the Sales Team at the Avery Point Senior Living Community to work with Catherine Ham as my Real Estate agent in preparation of selling my house for my eventual move to Avery Point. I am so thankful that I got a chance to meet Catherine who is very knowledgeable and has great experience of working with people who had never been through the selling process before. She briefly explained the entire process and expectations during our initial meeting. The entire team at The Pace of Richmond were gracious and patient with me as we went through each step of the selling process. They wanted to make sure I understood what to expect regarding the timeframe and scheduling house showings. Catherine was very understanding and patient with my personal circumstances if I needed to take more time during the selling process. She had my back to insure my well-being and explained the meaning of the legal contract documents. I am very pleased that my experience was positive and the entire team worked together to insure my house sale was successful from the beginning to the settlement/closing process.
