Just started taking my Knuckles there I was never been separated from him being able to watch him on the cameras eased my anxiety, and the staff giving him attention I saw he was enjoying himselfThank you staff for all that yall do with with the animals

An absolute blessing to find such a great boarding facility for our puppers! We've had issues in the past with previous boarding facilities, but now that we've found Pet Paradise we won't be taking them anywhere else.

As soon as you walk in the facility appears to be nice and clean and you are greeted right away. My dog got grooming services done and he came back very clean and happy. It is a little bit pricey ($65 for a bath) but due to location, how nice the facility is and pleasant staff it is worth it!

This place is kind, responsible and so communicative with pet parents! Even more they are *pet people* and welcome your animal as they are! Our dog, Bodene had never been boarded or attended day camp until she was 5 and we found this location. A sweet, shy girl who we only trusted with close friends but was plenty social with anyone she met. We are just the overprotective type. She has now gone to this location for multiple overnights and doggie day camps (and a wash + groom) and absolutely loves the place and the staff. Raven and all of the crew have really listened and met all of my questions and notes about Bodenes personality, limits and nuances with so much compassion and eagerness. If Bo could talk she would tell you she prefers the fun and love she gets at Pet Paradise to having a doggie sitter any day because of how much fun she has! Communication with the staff has been excellent and responsive and you can check on your pup throughout the day with the cameras to calm any nervousness you might have. You will feel guilty for not taking your pup here earlier! I also recommend using the app. You can upload all of your dogs vaccinations quickly, schedule services and access the facility cameras all in one place. Big love for Pet Paradise RVA!
