      We are so sorry we missed the mark on the ears. Ears that are not completely clean will tend to get matted more easily (depending on the breed). Please let us know when you can drop them off and we will do a full bath at no charge, and make those ears all nice and clean. Our email is: [email protected]. We just need the doggie's name, when they were here, when you are available, and we will make it happen.
