    I Just want to share my thoughts and experiences about my visit at 1200 Acqua Apartments. Well let me just first started off with how amazing & divine it smells look inside thst places. I was really taken back on how beautiful it look as well I was greeted by one of their amazing leasing specialists name MaShay hines she was one of their assistant who had the most beautiful smile very sweet & respectful personality that made my visit their be about me & my needs their as it such be when you're a visitor amen. So when tell you I was very impressed with Miss MaShay hines & the other two young lady's that was working & assisting other clients that was there they all had the right attitude & professionalism towards their clients, I was definitely impressed by my experience their and its a very beautiful place to live with all the bells & whistle but again those young ladys need to be recognize for their hard works. So I pray that management their staff's read these review by 1200p Acqua Apartments and know how their leasing specialist are working with people's that could become potential residence at 1200 Acqua Apartments. This was my purpose & reasoning for writing this review on here so THANKS & God Blessings to owners Manager & staff at 1200 Acqua Apartments amen

    I moved in this place on March 18th an Im already regretting that I picked this place to reside at. Mashay was my leasing consultant and she was awesome throughout my moving process. However, since I moved in I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed with the maintenance service and the management team. Not to mention someone went into my car and stole items out 6 days (March 24) into me staying on the property (a gated community). I went into the office on that following business day and tried to talk to someone in person about the situation. Mainly to inquire about the cameras that I noticed on the side of the building. I wanted to ask if manager had access to the cameras because someone went into my car and stole items out of my car. The leasing consultant told me that the manager was off until Wednesday, so I asked who was next in charge for me to talk to. She said the assistant manager, and she told me to give her a second she will get the assistant manager. The leasing consultant came out the office and said the assistant manager said thats the managers job and that she wont be in till Wednesday. I was so upset because you would think that a situation of that magnitude, she would have came out the office in an attempt to show some form of presence and remorse especially with me being a new tenant on the property, but no. So I asked the leasing consultant what was the managers email so I can reach out to her. I emailed her on Tuesday an I did not receive an email back, I also informed her about the maintenance issues that Ive trying to get addressed since Ive moved in. Now, before that happened, on my day of move in, I walked around the apartment and instantly noticed that in the kitchen I was MISSING a drawer on the right side of the stove. Yes MISSING! The hooks in one of the kitchen cabinet is missing so the shelves cannot be used. The door on the same cabinet is broken and will not close. There is also a cabinet where the bottom frame was not sitting in the cabinet. The kitchen sink is leaking, and the master bathroom stopper is broken off and still no one has address these issues following my recent move in. I have not been able to put my kitchen appliances away because the storage space in kitchen is inoperable. I sent pictures to Ms. MaShay and emailed management along with the theft report. However, I have not heard from maintenance or management. Ms. Mashay did email me back saying that she have put in the work orders as soon as I told her. Sadly this is how unprofessional they are to present me to an apartment with deficiencies as obvious as a MISSING kitchen drawer. But I promise you theyll make up any little excuse to take your deposit money but this is how they move new tenants in. Now lets discuss cleanliness, meanwhile, there are burn marks on the bathroom floor tiles and the apartment floors were not clean. Theres also burn marks on the bathroom cabinets. I have no idea why they did not replace the tiles or the cabinets. The bathroom sink in the master bathroom had hair on it. The kitchen appliances were not cleaned to move in standard in my opinion. It was old food stains in the crevices of the stove. The walls have obvious stains on them, my balcony had cigarette butts on it. Its obvious that the person who stayed here prior was a smoker.The trash area is an open area outside by building 12 and trash was everywhere. It was very smelly and if I lived on that side I would be extremely upset. On Friday March 29th I walked in the office and again requested to speak with the manager because it had been 3 days since I emailed her and no reply. she told me that the cameras did not face the parking lots and that she was sorry about the theft situation, but there was nothing she can do about the cameras. Then she said that she will get maintenance to work on my work orders that same day and that they were short staffed but she apologize for the inconvenience. Its now Sunday (March 31st) and no one has came! No one has fixed anything!

    Day who knows without any WiFi. Havent got any updates since last Friday & at that time they were hoping that it would be back working by Sunday but nope still nothing. And putting that aside I put in maintenance requests over 3 weeks ago & nothing has been done about that neither. The lack of communication & poor customer service is truly disappointing. No place is perfect but Ive never experienced anything like this before.

    What a luxurious place to live. The trash pile up happens minimum 2x a week. I have no hot water once again in my apartment although the maintenance team came last week to fix it. They do not have an emergency maintenance team on the weekend. Im not sure if you can really call them a maintenance team. The front office barley answers the phone and when asking a request they always have an excuse of why things arent done right away. Ive been here since May and I have at least one maintenance issue a month. Not to mention when I moved in to this place I had no AC for 2 and a half months and they said it was not considered an emergency due to not being over 90 degrees in the apartment. The apartment was 87 degrees. I am currently looking for other places to live and cannot wait to be out of this austerity apartment. Today is 1/21/24. I update this review with a new picture. The apartment complex had no internet for over a week and a half. I reached out to the apartment complex twice with no response via email in reference to being charged for internet but not having it due to an apartment outage. I came home this weekend to a bill on my door. This apartment complex is beyond awful with communication as they can go up 40 steps to put a bill on my door but cannot respond to 2 emails I sent. I give this place a 0/10. 2/24/24: put a work order in yesterday before 230pm because once again my hot water is not working. This is the 3rd time this year this has happened. I leave my apartment around 3pm and all the maintenance shops were closed meaning I have to go another weekend without cold water. DO NOT LIVE HERE. 3/4/24: most recent trash pic has been added. I got home from work thinking this mess would be cleaned up and it hasnt been touched. It is pouring down rain now and the smell is unbearable.
