I tried to use them. We booked a job and it was pushed out for 2 weeks because the weather looked like it wasn’t going to be good a week in advance. Like always weather changes, and opportunities were missed. The third week I had a scheduled appointment and it was a no call no show situation. I had texted several times between the now 3 weeks with little or no response. That in itself should have been a red flag that they were not on top of their business. Finally the 4th week on the day the job was scheduled to be done I received a text that said they weren’t going to be able to make it. No apology, just a complete waste of time. I planned out trying to have a job done a month in advance, and they completely failed me by entrusting them with my business. I tried to support this minority owned business, but they fell into any stereo type as to why people look other ways. I don’t know what the workmanship is like, but the business ethic and integrity is just not there. Don’t waste your time. The fact that there were no reviews also should have been a red flag. Either way, I got it loud and clear now. You have the opportunity to avoid my same mistake. Choose someone else more reliable.
