        I like this store. I come in to do Amazon returns . It is always clean, and the associates are usually very friendly. It is convenient. However, today I needed a bit more help than usual, and I ran into some issues. I was disappointed that when I needed a multiple transaction, the service felt 'off'. I needed to use the computer, and I specifically asked the associate, first if they had one, and second to show me HOW to start using it. Instead she verbally explained the steps to me. This wasn't what I wanted. At the end of her explanation she said, "if you need help just ask." I guess she misunderstood me; That was what I had just done- asked for help. I went over and tried to get started by myself, and although it took a lot longer than it should have, I was successful. It would have been much quicker with someone there to help me which was why I asked for help in the first place. It also was more costly. Maybe it's me, but I'm used to the associate coming and helping me when I ask for that at the counter. This did not meet my expectations.
