I went to, two other Jiffy Lube locations today and the customer service was horrible that I ended up leaving. Finally, I seen this location and figured I would give it a try. They were quick and efficient. Madison was very nice also very informative. I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me about my car and go over things with me. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Service: Oil change

Went in for an oil change at 9:45. It took them over an hour. I was driving away and only got about 20 feet from the bays when my check engine light came on and the car was shuddering like there was NO oil in it. The car was stopping itself and clearly there was a problem. I came back and it took them an hour and a half to fix it. The kid said they hadn't put enough oil in because they thought it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle, which would require less oil. Whatever- even with less than a full top off, it wouldn't have shuddered like that. They weren't apologetic until I asked, "Do you see that this is a problem?" Waste of time and money. I will never go back. Maybe if they spent less time doing a half hearted vacuum job and more time on the actual oil change, they would serve their customers well Service: Oil change
