I've stayed in multiple rooms on different floors in this hotel and none of them were acceptable. I had multiple rooms with TV's that didn't work, housekeeping is NOT provided (even when requested), I even checked into a room that still had dip spit in the glasses on the bathroom counter. They don't provide complimentary breakfast, and they don't refund the outrageous ($20/night) incidental fee. My last stay was 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting on my $80 to be refunded. The lobby of this place is beautiful- don't be fooled though, that's the only "nice" part of this hotel.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Staying for 6 days for work. Would definitely return again.

We were traveling during the recent Nor'Easter on Sunday, December 17th, from NY to SC and tried to make it as far as we could. At about midnight, we pulled into this hotel. A very large African American male was behind the front desk. He wouldn't unlock the front lobby doors so we could get in out of the bad weather. He started yelling at us and said he was afraid to handle more than one person at a time. He said he was busy and refused to even discuss anything further with us and walked away. He was very rude and obnoxious. I would never stay at this hotel or chain again. We were driving for hours in the pouring rain, with hours to go. We were tired and still had a long way to go. Not a way for a hotel chain to treat a traveler.
