Leigh McDaniel was scheduled to replace our pressure relief valve on the gas boiler today. The appointment was established last week. We contacted him this morning to confirm the appointment. He said that he was currently replacing a sewer line, but indicated that he would complete our repair this afternoon. We left a text message and voicemail after this morning's conversation. By close of business today, Mr. McDaniel didn't respond. We feel forced to seek an alternative technician. Communication and follow up was inadequate.

We have used them several times and every time I have been impressed with their professionalism, competitive pricing and customer service. Great communication from the time I picked up the phone to job completion, on time, great price, quality work. Condensation line cleanout, toilet seal replacement and mounting assessment, and a project discussed for a quote. Great to do business with and will get any future HFAC and plumbing work!!
