        Customer satisfaction is not even on the agenda here! The car we rented was not cleaned from the previous users. 6 weeks after returning the car the enterprise toll scam leeches are still charging our credit card. Called Morrisville location.... Got Shelburne road people on phone. They gave an 800 number to call about the recurring tolls (scam). The popular 3rd party plausible deniability corporate thievery strategy. We have to go to our credit card to scrape the leeches off.

        Needed a car to go to airport on Monday morning enterprise is closed sat abd sun. Had to drive 2 hours and pass 2 other locations to get a one way rental. Next time ill take a taxi. Made it just in time for my flight. Never again
