Twin State Basement Services

After a home renovation, a new crawl space flooded with water for the last two springs. I got a quote from another basement service for nearly $8,000 more than Saudins estimate. Saudin listened to our problem and came up with some good solutions. He was very responsive in his communication. His team was quick and thorough. Our basement was totally dry this spring, despite the large melt. I will certainly call Twin State again if I have any further basement needs.

I Highly recommend this company if you have any water issues in your basement. They fixed our problem years ago and we recently had issues with our pump they came out so fast to look at it on a Sunday. They do a great job and have fair prices!

Our basement floor had water coming up through a small crack late in the evening. I called Twin State at 1:30 AM, not expecting a call back until they opened at 7:00 the next morning. I was surprised when Saudin called me back 10 minutes later. He was at the house at 8:00 the next morning to evaluate and by 3:30 that afternoon we had a sump pump with a battery backup installed. Twin States quick response kept the finished section of our basement safe and now we have the peace of mind knowing that we dont have to worry about any future ground water flooding.

I called on a Saturday around 4pm, and Saudin was able to come out the same day and help me out! I had some water in my basement and I was calling about basement waterproofing. He was really professional, and was able to find the problem 1, 2, 3. He provided an analysis of the problem super quickly which I was able to provide to the association. He genuinely cares for his customers and doesn't look to exploit them at all. Super impressed and highly recommend!
