Giles Wagoner was the perfect realtor for us. Low-key, no pressure, and very responsive to our needs. Our home search spanned 8 months during the height of the housing frenzy of 2021-22. In addition, we were living 6 hours away, so viewings had to be tightly scheduled for specific dates. He accompanied us all over Lincoln, Chittendon, Franklin, and Lamoille counties. He facilitated 3 offers before we found our dream home in Jeffersonville. There were 13 bids over asking price, and he negotiated a deal they couldn't refuse. From our first meeting through closing, he was professional and caring. We now live in our dream home thanks to Giles!

We were so pleased with the job Dan from Flex Reality did with the listing, photographing of the house and arranging the aerial views, but more importantly, the frequent communications and updates so we didnt feel forgotten. We had top notch service, sold our house quickly, and saved money too which was a win win!
