        Pacific Steel has been absolutely amazing. I handle all the raw materials for an OEM factory, FireFly Automatix. I was suspicious of the pricing we were getting on our sheet, plate and angle so i sent our usage and pull rate to Rich Wilson at Pacific. They came in so hot it didn't seem true at first. It has almost been a year now and they have saved us 760,000$ on our sheet and plate alone. They are honest, transparent and they have become good friends of mine in the process. Rich is the best account manager i have ever worked with, he is technically an outside sales rep i believe but he does so much more than that. He is always giving me updates when our usage is higher than expected and makes sure that we are covered, honestly he is doing some of my job and has become indispensable. 10/10 for Pacific Steel. Rich Wilson, Bob Griffith And Jay Severson are my favorite by far!!
