        Rv pro was an amazing experience. Made an appointment over the phone they got to me within a week to fix our electrical problem. Aaron did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and letting me no the problem before they just went ahead and did the work. After identifying the problem and talking with me he had it fixed in no time. Now me and my family can get back on the road and go hunting! Thank you rv pro and aaron!

        Great service here with knowledgeable technicians. We recently lost all our interior 12 volt power. I tried to diagnose the problem myself with the help of good Sam technicians....ended up replacing a 50 dollar solenoid that did nothing to fix the problem. Less than an hour with these guys and the correct bad part was identified. All is well in our coach now!!!

      Not sure why this is a 1 star. Your are correct we do not do warranty work for RVs unless the customer pays for it and gets reimbursed. We have to do this because we didn’t sell the RV and the manufactures take 6-7 months to pay third party companies. We’re always upfront with customers about this policy and if we know it is a warranty job we explain our policy before we even schedule a job. We do work with extended warranty companies all of the time and we have great relationships with them.
