When I checked in I was promised a late checkout as a Hilton Dimond member all I need led was an extra hour and a half past the 11am check out, but in the morning the staff informed me that they couldn't honor the promise. And then promptly ignored me. By far the least helpful staff I've seen at a supposedly professional hotel.
