Gilberto was referred to me by my neighbor. So, I just trusted that he "was the best!" He vocally quoted my price and I just blindly paid him. Muh bad. During the install, his guys damaged my new cabinets, caulked over top of grease marks and caulked terribly, leaving gaps and bubbles, didn't set the counter correctly next to the stove, splattered glue around the seam, and Gilberto justified all of it and always said, "It looks fantastic!" to make me think I was wrong. There were orange discolorations in my white quartz to which he said, "It's man made!" Then realized his statement did not justify the issue at all. He cut the sink with an inch & a half overhang into my farm sink and the corners were sharp. I made them take it back out and cut to within 1/2 inch overhang and sand down the corners. I have to tell "the best" what it's supposed to look like? Hmm. I asked him for my remnants and he said he used up all 2 of the slabs. He charged me for 3! So, I started questioning him and he started going back on everything he said. I asked for an itemized bill. He said he would get it to me. Texted him every day for 3 weeks. Ghosted. Tried to call the number on the site. "Invalid." Thinking of small claims court to get my $3K back. Stay away from this company.

Jilberto and team did all the granite in my new home and did a fantastic job! So pleased. Details went smoothly and oh so beautiful! Fit and finish was perfect, they even swapped out the granite in one vanity at cost because our first choice just did not look right. Would highly recommend!!
