If you are looking to match wood flooring in an old home, your first stop should be Wood Floor Warehouse. I had looked all over the city for narrow plank walnut to match the flooring already in our home and was getting discouraged until I went to Wood Floor Warehouse. They found me a perfect match and then were willing to sand it down, match my finish, and cut pieces so I could place in a herringbone pattern. Not only this but they had this all completed in less than a week at a reasonable price. Nothing but good things to say about this experience!

Wow, the crew at the Warehouse really helped us out! They showed us the back room where they make all their floorboards in house, including one with a cool char and hand-chiseled finish. Even though theyve got a lot of options, its still a small local business. Very friendly and willing to help with your project.

I cannot recommend this company enough! I came in & met with Shalynn who walked me through every single flooring type, taught me about the different materials, different installation options/processes, & I left with a priceless new education. I had always used lower quality flooring products in the past that just didnt last so wanted to try something new. I initially tried their flooring on a remodel, LOVED IT, then did my personal home & several other flips & will never look back. Ive sent several of my real estate clients/investors there & always tell them to meet with Shalynn & they have all had great experiences. The amount of patience, passion, & quality of service she has is beyond any level of customer service I have ever received in my life. Incredible staff, amazing product, great prices, & you get to support a local company - theres nothing better! 5 stars & highly recommend!

We came upon Wood Floor Warehouse by chance when we were just about to give up on what to do with our worn pine floor in our kitchen and entry. Randy introduced us to the idea of hand-scraping the existing floor and oiling it with Bona Craft Oil 2K. We brought in samples of the wood which they scraped and oiled to test for color and finish and we were sold. Oscar worked his tail off scraping the floor by hand to give it that historic look and Wyatt did the finish work. We were grateful not to have had to remove the intricate baseboards in the process. We were more than pleased with the outcome. It was now the floor this 160-year-old home had always needed. We would recommend Randy and his crew for any (and every) restoration project and for anyone who is looking for an authentic wood floor.

Long story short, this place is awesome, and special shout out to Shalynn, who was super helpful. The longer story is that I was looking EVERYWHERE for a flush mounted wood floor register. From a Murray Facebook group, I got a tip that this place may have them and would even be able to stain the register to match the color of my broken one. I had tried all the big box stores, I tried ordering it online, nothing fit. So I head into this place thinking that maybe I would be able to place an order and get it in a few weeks and I was preparing myself to pay more than I would have liked for this little thing. I walked in and Shalynn and a couple of her colleagues were helping a group, maybe a contractor? The vibe was very friendly, they even had a freezer with popsicles for customers and a water bowl for pets. After helping out the group, Shalynn took a look at my broken register and found one behind the desk. Honestly, I would have taken it straight off the desk and been happy, but she and her team went off and stained it right then and there to match my broken one. So already I'm super impressed because I'm getting exactly what I needed and great customer service. And the price of the floor register? It was MUCH less than I expected, and way cheaper than anything I would have found at a big box store or online. Shalynn and the Wood Floor Warehouse folks have a fan in me for life, and I'll definitely head there again for any of my wood floor needs in the future. I can't say enough good things about my experience.
