Salt Lake Dermatology and Aesthetics

I made an appointment to have moles removed and discuss acne problems. The reception and nurse staff were very kind and I waited only a few minutes to be taken back. The doctor was very friendly and listened to my problems and concerns. He gave me options of how I could move forward with my moles and acne and let me decide what I wanted to do. He moved quickly through the appointment , but didnt skip a beat and l left feeling like I had been listened to and treated for my problems the way I wanted to be.

I made an appt here because of the reviews. The receptionist was nice. When the dr came into the room (o forgot his name) he was very rude and put off. Perhaps it was due to all my tattoos. Or because I am not a size 1). He was very cold. Very unprofessional. He looked at the ulcers I had for two seconds and informed me that it wasnt cancer. Well I didnt think it was cancer. But they are not normal. He informed me that it was normal for people my age to get growths and sores. And it was nothing to worry about. He treated me like I was dumb and just over reacting. I left feeling horrible. Needless to say the ulcers were not getting better. I went to my regular dr. He said no its not normal. I was prescribed topical antibiotics and pill antibiotics. He took bloodwork to see if I am perhaps diabetic since the ulcers were not healing correctly. Needless to say. I will not ever recommend this place. I feel like I was just disregarded because of my tattoos and weight. They dont care about their patients. Well maybe they care about the ones who are not older and have tattoos. And a size 1

Amazing and smooth experience. Dr. Michael C. Sotiriou and his staff are super knowledgeable and friendly. Explained the whole process from start to finish and very professional. Highly recommend this location for any of your dermatology needs!

The doctors here are top notch. I did not wait long and the staff was very friendly. They were able to complete my procedure same day and the results were swift and effective. I was appreciative of the helpful information and patient care that was practiced here.
